How do I troubleshoot my connection problems?

If you are having difficulties connecting to AirComPlus Hi-Speed Internet, please try the following options as listed below:

  1. Verify the connectivity between the modem and the PC by looking at the AirComPlus quick start guide. If you do not have your quick start guide, sign in to and specify the product ID to download the guide.
  2. Restart your PC, start-up a web provider (e.g. Internet explorer) and type in the URL address provided in the quick start guide. The login dialog should appear where you type in the user name and password for your modem.
