I have connected my modem but it doesn’t work, how do I troubleshoot this problem?

Make sure that you have followed all the instructions and tips in your quick start guide. Make sure there are no loose connections. Restart your modem by unplugging the power source from your power bar or wall outlet for 30 seconds and then plugging it in once again. The lights on the modem will begin to flash and all three lights should eventually become a solid green.
